Aces & Associates is a small company of experienced tax professionals and bookkeepers.

Aces & Associates is an IRS Enrolled Agent company. For Aces’ clients this means they are enrolled to practice tax preparation before the Internal Revenue Service.

Aces’ clients are incredibly important to them. Clients count on Aces & Associates to do the job right so they take their jobs doing tax returns and bookkeeping very seriously.

How to Reach Aces & Associates

Aces is normally available to speak with clients when they call in. If however they cannot speak with a client immediately they encourage clients to leave a message. Most, if not all calls, are returned the same day, but without a doubt calls are returned at the latest within one business day. Communication is the key to success in business and Aces & Associates aims at all times to keep the lines of communication open and flowing. Susan T. Bitsura, EA

Susan Tiner Bitsura is an Enrolled Agent with more than 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She started her own practice in Santa Fe in 1983 and formed Aces & Associates, LLC with her partner in July 2004. She has served on the board of numerous non-profit organizations, including Kitchen Angels and Names Project New Mexico. She volunteered bookkeeping services for Habitat for Humanity for three years. She maintains her credentials with the IRS by obtaining at least and often more than 20 hours of continuing education annually. She has been a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals since 1990. She specializes in small business bookkeeping and tax preparation. Each client is equally important to her and she strives to give them excellent service. Born in El Paso, Texas, she moved to Santa Fe in 1982. She enjoys spending her leisure time with her family, quilting, cooking, gardening and reading.

Amanda Enghauser, EA

Amanda Enghauser, EAAmanda Enghauser is an Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of New Mexico in 2002. After a few years of working in corporate accounting post-graduation she joined forces with Susan to build Aces & Associates, LLC in 2004. In 2010 she passed examination to earn her Enrolled Agent status. She has been a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals since 2004, and remains an active member today. She takes pride in her ethical values and attention to detail. She currently lives in Albuquerque with her husband, sons, and dog. In her spare time she enjoys reading, quilting, gardening, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and being outdoors.
